ABOUT US
Location. Location. Location.
Nestled comfortably at the base of the magnificent Rocky Mountains, yet a mere stones throw from downtown Denver. The city of Golden is officially one of Colorados most attractive and productive locations to own or operate a business. Its just 15 miles from Denvers Central Business District and has several established business parks of its very own. Which combined with a friendly and efficient local government, provide a superior infrastructure more than capable of attracting and maintaining a diversified industry base. But diversity isnt the only constant. Golden was built on innovation.
The who, what, where, and why.
Established all the way back in 1873, the oldest and most recognized employer in town is the Coors Brewing Company. While Coors truly is The Original, right down the street a unique mountaineering center, established in 1998, houses the Colorado Mountain Club, the American Mountaineering Center and Outward Bound. A dozen blocks or so the other direction, youll find the home of the world-renowned Colorado School of Mines and National Earthquake Center. All proof of Goldens deep talent pool, and that big things really do come in small packages.
In the business of more than just business.
But Golden is about more than just business. Its a standard of living. Both the residents and workforce alike enjoy an active lifestyle in the midst of Colorados beautiful outdoors. Camping, golfing, biking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, fly-fishing, and kayaking head a long list of must-do activities for active employees and a more spirited workforce. Weekend or weekday, theres always plenty to do. And if the weather isnt permitting, the Foothills Art Center and Heritage Square anchor an active arts and cultural community within Golden that hosts a variety of showcases and theater events throughout the year. Its really quite simple, a happy employee equals a productive employee.
